This page says what this site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It’s short because there isn’t much to say.

Collected
What this site collects
The contact form. Name, email, your site’s URL, and what you write. It’s sent to my inbox by email and not stored on this site. The legal basis is that you asked me something and I need those details to answer — GDPR Article 6(1)(b), steps before a contract. I keep the email as long as the conversation is useful, and delete it when it isn’t.
Measurement, if you agree to it. With your consent, this site uses analytics tools to see how it’s used. None of it runs before you say yes, and you can change your answer any time from Cookie settings in the footer. You can allow Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity separately. The legal basis is your consent — Article 6(1)(a). The details, tool by tool, are on the cookies page.
Cloudflare Web Analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.) counts page views and measures how fast pages load. It sets no cookies and doesn’t use your browser’s storage, and according to Cloudflare it doesn’t track individual visitors. It therefore needs no consent and runs regardless of your cookie settings. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in keeping the site fast and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare’s privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
Server logs. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, records requests — IP address, time, page, browser — for security and to keep the site running. That’s a legitimate interest — Article 6(1)(f). Logs are kept for a short period and not used for anything else.

Who else sees it
These companies process data on my behalf. Where they’re outside the EU, the transfer rests on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Rights
Your rights
You can ask what I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how it’s used, and take it with you. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it — from Cookie settings, or by writing to growth@kk.coach. I answer within a month.
If you think I’ve handled your data badly, you can complain to the Hungarian authority: Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), naih.hu.
